Refund policy

 15 DAY RETURN ON ITEMS, FOR REFUND OF ITEM, MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS PURCHASED AT TRADE SHOWS. NO RETURNS ON WORN CLOTHING ITEMS. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURED SHIPPING BACK TO BRIT WEST. A 10% RESTOCKING  FEE MAY BE CHARGED IF PRODUCT IS EXACLTY AS SHOWN ONLINE, AND/ OR APPROVED BY PHOTOGRAPHED ITEMS. SOMETIMES A 6% FEE MAY BE CHARGED TO RECOVER CREDIT CARD CHARGES. EACH CASE IS COMMUNICATED WITH RETURNS.

AFTER CONTACTING US ABOUT RETURNS, BRIT@BRITWEST.NET OR ON THE CONTACT PAGE, WE WILL GIVE YOU AN ADDRESS AS WE MOVE FROM IDAHO TO ARIZONA SEASONALLY. IDAHO FROM MAY TO NOVEMBER, ARIZONA NOVEMBER TO MAY.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHOOSING INSURANCE UPON CHECKOUT.  IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO INSURE, BRIT WEST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

HAT OR CUSTOM ORDERS ON COATS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  ORDERS CAN TAKE 10 to 12 MONTHS,  BUT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE EXACT DATES.   ONCE WE ORDER HAT BODIES WE ARE COMMITTED TO BUILD. WE DO OUR BEST TO SHIP AS QUICKLY POSSIBLE.

SIZING IS THE HARDEST THING WE DO, ESPECIALLY OVER THE PHONE OR E-MAIL.  IF YOU MEASURE INCORRECTLY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING SO PLEASE CHECK OUR WRIST MEASUREMENT CHARTS.  WE DO OUR BEST, BUT SOMETIMES IT IS INEVITABLE TO RESIZE FOR YOU. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FIT AND WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO MAKE IT RIGHT. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
