Some items are a custom build and have specific lead times associated with them. I do my absolute best to stay close to lead times, but as life is unpredictable these times are not set in stone and any deposits are not refundable for a few days of build time. No refunds on custom hat builds. These can take up to 4 to 6 months. 

Our operating hours are Mon - Friday 10-6. I am a one person show, and when we are on the road I do my best to stay in contact.  E-mail is best and I do my best to get back in 24 hours 

Due to the fluctuating silver market and the difficulty of working with found items, we are not currently wholesaling to any small venue stores. We do consider large volume catalog and stores,  and will review and application of website, location, projections, and buying guarantee.
